Anna Mowery 1931-2017 We are saddened to hear that Former Representative Anna Mowery passed away on April 20th 2017. First elected to represent district 97 in 1988, she served for 18 years. Anna was also elected in 1975 as Tarrant County Republican Party County Chair, the first female in Tarrant County to be elected as county chair in either party.
